RealAge Test (health assessment) provides you with a personalized report of your behavioral and medical health risks. Immediately after taking the online RealAge Test, you will receive a personalized action plan.
Action is required if you experience a qualified life event
30-day window: If you experience a qualified life event other than birth or adoption (e.g., marriage, move, etc.), you must report it to the EIX Benefits Connection and make any eligible changes within 30 days from the date of the event.
60 day window: If you experience a qualified life event as the result of a birth or adoption only, you must report it to the EIX Benefits Connection and make any eligible changes within 60 days from the date of the event.
You can do so online at eixbenefits.com, or by calling (866) 693-4947 and speaking with a representative. Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Pacific time, except holidays.
